In our early years (1983 to 1995), we focused on technical support for off-the-shelf and enterprise-level database management software. This foundation in customer support built the reliability and problem-solving approach that still defines our work today. By 1995, we expanded into software testing and quality assurance, starting at Sybase and later testing and deploying order-fulfillment systems for Kodak Gallery and Shutterfly, establishing over 30 years of specialized expertise in ensuring software reliability and performance.

Meet the Founder
Jeffrey McCrimon founded ICSS in 1983 and still runs it today. He started in technical support for enterprise database software. In 1995 he moved into software testing and quality assurance as a Senior Quality Software Engineer at Sybase. He later tested and deployed order-fulfillment systems for Kodak Gallery and Shutterfly, where he cut order-routing deployment time and logistics by 50%.
