Websites need small changes all the time: new hours, a new photo, a price update, a phone number that changed. Most owners put these off because there is nobody to ask. With Website Management, you send a request and we make the change, so your site stays current without you learning how to edit it. It works for sites we built and for sites hosted elsewhere.

What Is Included
- Content updates. Text changes, photo swaps, and updates to hours, contact info, and prices. Each plan covers a set number of small requests a month, about 30 minutes each. Bigger jobs are quoted separately.
- WordPress and Joomla updates. If your site runs WordPress or Joomla, we apply core, plugin, and extension updates with a backup taken first. These do not count against your monthly requests.
- Backups. Daily backups are included free with every ICSS hosting plan. On a site hosted elsewhere, we take a backup or use your host's before any change.
- SSL and security. Free SSL, plus firewall, intrusion prevention, and malware scanning on our servers, included with ICSS hosting.
- Real support. A real person when you call, not a ticket queue.
How It Works
- Request a plan. Tell us about your site and we send a quote.
- Give us access. For a site hosted elsewhere, we need login access to your hosting or site admin.
- Send a request. Email or call with what you want changed.
- We make the change. Within 2 business days, and we tell you when it is live.
- Repeat as needed. Unused requests do not roll over.
What It Costs
Website Management is a monthly plan, quoted after a quick look at your site. Hosted with us, it sits on top of your hosting plan. Larger jobs, like a new page or a redesign, are quoted separately under Website Design.

Do I need to host with ICSS?
No. We manage sites hosted elsewhere too. Hosting with us adds daily backups and free 24/7 support.
Do you work on WordPress and Joomla sites?
Yes. We keep them updated, and updates do not use up your monthly requests.
What counts as a small request?
A change that takes about 30 minutes: a text edit, a photo swap, updated hours or contact details.
How fast will changes be made?
Within 2 business days of your request.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time, by emailing support@icssinc.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and we do not give pro-rated refunds for partial periods.
