What Is Included in Installation and Configuration
- Server configuration. Correct certificate and chain install, TLS settings, and a redirect from HTTP to HTTPS.
- Mixed content fixes. We find and fix insecure images, scripts, and links that trigger browser warnings even when the padlock is on.
- HSTS setup. HTTP Strict Transport Security tells browsers to always use HTTPS, which protects against downgrade and man-in-the-middle attacks. We start with a short duration and raise it in stages once everything checks out.
- Security check. A basic review for common risks, such as missing security headers and outdated plugins or themes.
- Renewal guidance. Simple steps to avoid lapses and downtime.
How It Works
- Assessment. We look at your hosting and DNS setup, whether it is with us or elsewhere.
- Certificate. We handle the CSR and key, or issue through your provider.
- Install and redirect. We install the certificate, verify the chain, and turn on the HTTPS redirect.
- Cleanup and testing. We fix mixed content and check the site in real browsers.
- HSTS and final check. We enable HSTS and send you a checklist of what was done.
