A Real Example

Our own Lead Tracking module is a custom application: a form on your site saves every request to a database, with a searchable, exportable dashboard. It is plain PHP and MySQL, locked down by design, and runs on standard cPanel hosting. It is a monthly add-on ($12 a month) for Essential or Supreme Hosting.

Our Stack

We build with the tools that run on ordinary shared hosting: PHP, MySQL or MariaDB, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. We also build WordPress and Joomla extensions. That keeps your app easy to host, easy to hand over, and easy for the next developer to pick up.

How We Work

  1. Discovery. Goals, constraints, and how you will know it worked.
  2. Architecture. The data model, security approach, and integration plan, before any code.
  3. Build. Iterative development with checkpoints, so you see progress and can steer.
  4. Test and launch. Our QA background applies here: we test before launch, then document it and hand it over. Software Testing is also available on its own.

Who owns the code?
Code we write specifically for you is yours once you have paid in full, and we will sign a written assignment on request. Reusable components and modules we have built for multiple clients, like Lead Tracking, stay ours and are licensed to you for use on your site.
Can you connect my website to my CRM or payment service?
Yes. API integration is a core part of what we build, including CRMs, payment gateways, and third-party services.
Do you keep supporting it after launch?
We correct defects in the work we delivered, reported within 30 days, at no charge. After that, maintenance and changes are covered by your hosting or website management plan, or can be purchased separately.
Can you improve an app someone else built?
No. We build new applications, and we do not take over or rework apps built by others.
How much does it cost?
