Innovative Computer Services and Solutions ("ICSS," "we," "us," or "our") | Effective Date: September 2026 | Last Updated: September 2026
This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar technologies are used on icssinc.com and our client portal, why we use them, and the choices you have. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let a site remember your session, your preferences, and how you use the site. Similar technologies, such as local storage and tracking pixels, work the same way and are covered by this policy.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential cookies
These are needed for the site and client portal to work. They cannot be switched off in our systems.
- PHPSESSID (first party): keeps you signed in and keeps your shopping cart and checkout together during a visit. Removed when you close your browser.
- clang (first party): remembers your language choice. Lasts 7 days.
- ucid (first party): remembers your currency choice. Lasts 30 days.
- cookie_pop_visited (first party): remembers that you have seen the cookie notice, so it does not appear on every page. Lasts 1 year.
Analytics cookies
- Google Analytics 4 (Google): the cookies _ga and _ga_LDLL5NLKQZ tell us how many people visit, which pages they view, and how they arrived. This helps us fix problems and improve the site. Both last up to 13 months. Google receives your IP address, browser, and device details for this purpose. Google's practices are described in its Privacy Policy.
Live chat cookies
- Tawk.to (Tawk.to Inc.): our live chat widget sets the cookies twk_uuid_* (identifies a returning visitor, lasts about 6 months), twk_idm_key and TawkConnectionTime (keep a chat conversation going across pages, removed when you close your browser). If you send a chat message, Tawk.to processes the message and related visit details for us. See the Tawk.to Privacy Policy.
Payment cookies
- Stripe (Stripe, Inc.): on checkout pages, Stripe's payment form loads in a secure frame from Stripe's own servers. Stripe, and hCaptcha, which Stripe uses for fraud prevention, may use cookies or similar storage inside that frame to process payments securely and detect fraud. These are set by Stripe and hCaptcha, not by ICSS. We never see or store your full card number. See the Stripe Privacy Policy.
What we do not use
We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies. We do not sell your personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
3. Links to Other Sites
Our footer links to our pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and X. These are ordinary links. Those sites may set their own cookies once you visit them, under their own policies.
4. Your Choices
- Browser settings: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block essential cookies, sign-in, checkout, and the client portal will not work correctly.
- Google Analytics: you can opt out with Google's Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
- Live chat: you can clear the chat cookies from your browser at any time. This ends your current chat history on your device.
5. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal. Our site does not currently change how it works in response to these signals. Because we do not sell personal information or use it for advertising, there is no sale or sharing for such a signal to switch off. Analytics and live chat still run as described above unless you block them in your browser.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove tools. The "Last Updated" date above shows the latest revision.
