What's the difference between PositiveSSL and PositiveSSL Wildcard?
PositiveSSL ($15/yr) covers your domain with both www and non-www versions. PositiveSSL Wildcard ($120/yr) covers your domain plus all subdomains (like shop.yourdomain.com, blog.yourdomain.com) under a single certificate — worth it if you run multiple subdomains.
How long does it take to get my certificate issued?
Both certificates use express issuance, typically active within about 5 minutes of your order and domain validation.
Do I need to provide any paperwork?
No — these are Domain Validation certificates, so there's no paperwork required. You just need to verify you control the domain.
What does the $50,000 warranty cover?
